Gifting My Son With A Pup

As my son turned six years, he asked me to bring a puppy for him so that he can play with it. I was in a fix about the breed that I should go for so I met with the people who had first hand experience with different dogs and talked about the breed of dogs that would be suitable for my house. Among the people I talked with included veterinarians, obedient trainers and dog breeders. I also searched the website for dogs, called dog-obedience-training-review.com to know more about Dog training.

To get a first had experience, I went to a local Dog Show and talked with all the owners of the dogs that are of different breeds. This way I got a clearer picture of the different breeds of dogs. I was also worried about the small space of our apartment as the dog that I should bring must be able to move around the house in its own leisure way. Also, I was worried about shedding, as it could lead to some allergic reaction in my son. There are certain dogs like Golden Retrievers and Dalmatians that are known to shed a lot. The cost of bringing up the dog also had to be taken care of in addition to the price of buying one.
